Deputy Minister of the Russian Federation for North Caucasus Affairs Igor Koshin arrived on Wednesday in South Ossetia on a working visit.
The result is obvious
In the capital of the Republic, the Russian delegation was received by the head of state Anatoly Bibilov. He expressed his gratitude to the Ministry of North Caucasus Affairs, the presidential administration of Russia, the Russian state for the attention and constant assistance to South Ossetia in all spheres of life. The meeting was attended by Ambassador of the Russian Federation to the Republic Marat Kulakhmetov.
“The result is absolutely obvious. This year, as part of the investment program, people of the Republic will receive a chic maternity hospital. Its necessity and significance are also noted by Russian experts. In addition, the construction of multi-apartment buildings on the Gubaev Brothers Street, a kindergarten and a building for tax officials on Suvorov street. In a word, all projects are successfully completed and will be used for the benefit of the people of the Republic of South Ossetia,” Anatoly Bibilov emphasized.
President has added that all the issues on the agenda are absolutely obvious, and there are no ambiguities and problems in them. “There are some working points that need to be discussed. The investment program to promote socio-economic development of South Ossetia for 2017-2019 is nearing completion and it is necessary to discuss further steps to implement the investment program for the next years. It is pleasant to note that such important social projects as raising wages have paid serious attention. The foundation laid in the investment program for 2020 - 2022 is also socially oriented, and is aimed at improving the life of the population of South Ossetia. Thank you so much for your work,” the President addressed the Russian officials.
Investment program and salary increase

Igor Koshin said this during a dialogue with the South Ossetian party.
He has noted that in the framework of the meetings with the South Ossetian side they are discussing specific issues.
“The year is coming to an end, and it is time to take stock of the collaboration. “We should not relax in certain areas, but strengthen the work and finish the year with dignity,” the Russian official noted. He has added that the program for 2017 – 2019, is being completed with the construction of social facilities. “It's great that the investment program 2020-2022. eliminates a large number of infrastructural deficiencies, and today we will consider the issue of designing the 2020-2022 program, so that next year we can start as well as the current one, and according to established practice, show one hundred percent development,” said Koshin.
According to the representative of the Ministry for North Caucasus Affairs, basic assistance has also been laid in raising salaries for public sector employees, and these issues are moving off the ground thanks to the active participation of Anatoly Bibilov and his meetings with the head of the Russian state. “The expenditure part is increasing all the time, and this is very important,” he said.
Igor Koshin appealed to the Minister of construction, architecture and housing of the RSO Eduard Dzagoev to dwell in more detail on the design of the next program.
