President Anatoly Bibilov met with Russian rock singer Yulia Chicherina, who arrived in Tskhinval on the invitation of the head of the South Ossetian state, the presidential press service said.
The concert of the singer will take place on Tuesday at the Kosta Khetagurov.State Drama Theater.
The meeting was also attended by a participant in the Donbass war, Hero of the DPR Ahra Avidzba and military commander Semyon Pegov, who is the author of the patriotic song “Volunteer”.
Anatoly Bibilov emphasized the importance of the arrival of guests in South Ossetia and their careful attitude to the Lugansk and Donetsk people's republics. Yulia Chicherina more than once visited with concerts the LPR and the DPR, thereby expressing her support for the people of Donbass.
“We all understand that the direction of all these wars is the same. And the most important thing is solidarity. I am very glad that you are in our republic today. I want to express my special gratitude to you for patriotic songs that make heart tremble,” the President said.
