In South Ossetia, during the day were not detected new cases of coronavirus, Anna Gagloeva, Deputy Head of the Committee for Protection of Consumer Rights and Welfare of the Population, told IA "Res" on Sunday.
"The laboratory tests during the day showed negative results," Gagloeva clarified.
The first three cases of COVID-19 infection in the Republic were recorded on May 5. The total number of coronavirus cases during this period was 76, of which more than 40 people have recovered and been discharged to date.
According to data as of June 14, there are 36 cases of coronavirus in the Tskhinval infectious diseases hospital.
In total, more than 250 people are under observation.
Until June 30, restrictions on the border of South Ossetia with Russia are in force due to the threat of the spread of coronavirus.
