South Ossetian President Anatoly Bibilov called on Kiev to abide by the Minsk agreements to avoid deaths in Donbass.
"In the world order, where Russia - there is development, where America - there is war, there is death ... By and large, Russia is the force that wants to help, not take away, wants life to be continued. Without a doubt, if Ukraine had implemented the Minsk agreements, there would have been no deaths. After all, in fact, the most important meaning of the Minsk agreements is to stop killing, " Bibilov said at the solemn meeting in Luhansk.
President of South Ossetia has stressed that in Donbass time is measured by human lives. “Seven years is both small and at the same time a long period, because the term is measured not only in days, hours, years. In this case, in the Donbas, it is measured in human lives. And this is the most valuable and expensive thing in every republic, " he stressed.
