The KGB of South Ossetia has registered a dangerous growth of revanchist sentiments in Georgia, which in every possible way support the actions of Ukraine in carrying out aggression against the civilian population of the LPR and DPR and may cause another aggravation of relations between South Ossetia and Georgia.
On Thursday, the KGB issued a statement against the backdrop of complex political and international processes
"On February 14, in the vicinity of the village of Orchosan, Leningor district, unidentified citizens of Georgia violated the state border and committed an act of vandalism against the infrastructure of the KGB Border Guard Service of the RSO, having painted the information mark with indelible aerosol paints," the press service said in the statement.
On this fact, the competent authorities of the Republic are investigating, a "hot line" is also involved. The issue of this provocation will be submitted to the next IPRM meeting.
The KGB has noted that the actions of the Tbilisi regime do not contribute to the stabilization of the situation on the state border of the Republic of South Ossetia and are a threat to regional security. This incident is a criminal offense, and all possible directions of penetration of violators of the state border are in the zones of control and sectors of influence of the border forces of South Ossetia.
