South Ossetia highly appreciates the constructive working relationship that has developed with the Republic of Artsakh and is looking forward to continued further cooperation. This is stated in the congratulatory message of Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia Akhsar Dzhioev to Sergey Ghazaryan in connection with his appointment as head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Artsakh.
Akhsar Dzhioev has stressed that the appointment of Ghazaryan to a high public position is a natural result of many years of impeccable service to his country and people and testifies to the well-deserved trust and respect for him from the top leadership of the republic.
“I am sure that your extensive practical experience, dedication and devotion will be the key to consistent and effective work in a new responsible direction, will allow you to successfully solve vital tasks to protect the foreign policy interests of Artsakh,” the message says.
The head of the Foreign Ministry of South Ossetia expressed hope for the continuation of further constructive cooperation.
