Rashid Nurgaliev: border regions of South Ossetia need more attention

The border areas of South Ossetia require more attention, it is necessary to improve the living and social conditions of the local population, said Deputy Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Rashid Nurgaliyev during a meeting with representatives of Russian and South Ossetian authorities.
According to him, the development of the cross-border program covers these villages, which are in dire need of schools, kindergartens, transport accessibility, water supply.

The more developed is the economy and social sphere of South Ossetia, the stronger is Russia - Minister for Regional Development of Russia

By the fifth anniversary of the recognition of the independence of South Ossetia, the people of the Republic will receive gifts -facilities, jobs and competent management solutions, announced today the head of the Ministry of Regional Development of Russia Igor Slyunyaev at a briefing in Tskhinval. He has noted that on the instructions of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin a representative group of Russian experts is working in the Republic second day with the task of helping the South Ossetian colleagues in the preparation of the investment program for the next three years.

The leadership of South Ossetia and the Russian delegation inspected the facilities under construction

South Ossetian President Leonid Tibilov and Minister for Regional Development of Russia Igor Slyunyaev, who is in the Republic on a working visit, have inspected today the facilities under construction, social and road infrastructure in the districts and in the capital of South Ossetia.
The Republican leadership and the guests have visited a kindergarten in the village of Dzau (Dzausky district), which was put into operation two weeks ago. The delegation viewed the premises and the surrounding area, talked to the staff of the kindergarten.

Minister for Regional Development of Russia will arrive in South Ossetia on a working visit

On Tuesday, June 4, a working group of representatives of the federal bodies of executive power of Russia will arrive in South Ossetia. The Attorney General of Georgia promised to clarify the fate of the missing citizens of the RSO

On May 31 General Prosecutor of Georgia Archil Kbilashvili during a meeting with the relatives of the missing citizens of South Ossetia promised to resume the investigation and apply all efforts to clarify their fate.
