The Russian military with a multidisciplinary field hospital arrived in South Ossetia on Tuesday. The column is currently heading to the place of further deployment - the Republican G. Tskhovrebov stadium in Tskhinval. The hospital will be located on the territory of a sports facility, where military doctors will begin to provide assistance to patients with COVID-19.

In South Ossetia in a day, 132 people have been tested for COVID-19; 64 tests showed a positive result, Marina Kochieva, the chief sanitary doctor of the Republic, told IA "Res".

“64 new cases of COVID-19 infection have been detected in South Ossetia in a day. Since the day the restrictions on the border with the Russian Federation were lifted (September 15), 533 citizens fell ill,”Kochieva said.
