According to the Central Electoral Committee of the RSO for 20:30 voted 94,6 % electors.

Information of the Georgian mass-media that there are electorals on territory that is controlled by the South Ossetia authorities is a gross lie.

“We represent an organization that is monitoring elections in the world, we try to work not only with political scientists and experts but also with representatives of other fields – culture, science. We are very interested in young countries like Ossetia, in countries with young democracy.

President of the Republic of South Ossetia Eduard Kokoity received a telegram from the Chairwoman of the Ossetian Diaspora in Germany Svetlana Jioeva. The telegram says:
