It has been reported to the news agency "Res" at the department of the Plenipotentiary of the RSO President on post conflict settlement. In this connection, the agency has addressed to the RSO KGB press-service for comments. It has been noted there, that the department repeatedly received the similar information concerning the plans of Georgia to organize provocations in the frontier area.

In this connection the Plenipotentiary of the RSO President on post conflict settlement Boris Chochiev has sent a letter to the head of the European Union Mission of Observers Andrzej Tyshkevich; the letter contains appeal to the EU observers to verify the information and take measures of preventing realization of the next provocation by the official Tbilisi.

The investigatory subdivision of the KGB of South Ossetia has submitted materials to the public prosecutor's office of the Republic for decision-making about beginning criminal proceedings against three citizens of Georgia according to illegal crossing of the frontier of the Republic of South Ossetia. It has been reported to the news agency "Res" at the KGB of the RSO press-service.

The Parliament of South Ossetia has confirmed a parliamentary quota of the Central Election Committee members of the Republic in number of seven persons at today's session. According to the Speaker of the Parliament Stanislav Kochiev, three candidates of the party "Unity", two candidates of the People`s Party and two of the Communist Party are presented to the Central Electoral Committee by arrangement of the fractions.

Today the Parliament of the Republic of South Ossetia has scheduled the presidential election of the RSO for November, 13, 2011. According to the Speaker of the Parliament of the Republic Stanislav Kochiev, the presidential elections will pass on the second Sunday of November, on the expiry of the term of powers of the President in accordance with the Constitution of South Ossetia. Deputies of the Parliament have unanimously supported this question.

The State Unitary Enterprise «The Plant of Building Materials» has been established in South Ossetia. This resolution has been passed today at the RSO government session.In his report the Minister of Economic Development of the RSO Konstantin Koliev has noted with respect to this question, that necessity of the plant creation is explained in accordance with realization of the Investment program of the Republic of South Ossetia.

The question on the order of crossing the frontier of the Republic of South Ossetia and Georgia in a check point «Tskhinval-Ergneti" has been considered today at the RSO government session. The head of the RSO KGB frontier service Sergey Kolbin has made a speech in regard to this question. As he said, in November of the last year the government of South Ossetia had approved the list of the points of simplified crossing of the Georgian border by the Republican citizens.

Today in the hero city Tskhinval the solemn ceremony of the Military oath rite by recruits of the Armed forces of the Republic of South Ossetia has taken place at the Eternal Flame on the Heroes Avenue. Several tens of young fighters of the spring conscription 2011 have sworn under the leadership of the RSO Minister of Defence, Major General Valery Jakhnovets. At 17 o'clock, the divisions of the Tskhinvalskiy garrison were drawn up in the dismounted formation in field uniform with automatic machines in hands. The Minister of Defence has reported to the Supreme Commander in Chief, President of the RSO Eduard Kokoity, that the staff is ready for holding the solemn oath rite of the young generation.

The Russian military bases are located in the territory of South Ossetia and Abkhazia on legal grounds, according to earlier signed interstate agreements. It has been declared the journalists in Tskhinval by the President of the RSO Eduard Kokoity in connection with the ratification of the agreement submitted to the Russian Federation State Duma by the President of Russia Dmitry Medvedev on incorporated Russian military base in South Ossetia which was signed in Moscow on April, 7, 2010. «I consider symbolical that the document on ratification has been submitted by President Dmitry Medvedev today, on the third anniversary of the Georgian aggression.
