The Foreign Minister of the Republic of South Ossetia Murat Dzhioev has arrived for a two-day working visit in the Republic of Abkhazia. In the course of the visit from 13-14 May 2011 the meetings with the Prime Minister of the Republic of Abkhazia Sergey Shamba and also with the Foreign Minister of Abkhazia Maxim Gvindzhia have taken place.
They were discussing the issues of further development of the bilateral relations, in particular, the expansion of the legally based cooperation. Murat Dzhioev has honoured the memory of the first President of the Republic of Abkhazia Vladislav Ardzinba and has laid flowers on his grave.
