The leadership of the Republic is responsible for the continued well-being of the children of the deceased special military operation participants, South Ossetian President Alan Gagloev said at the final press conference on Saturday.
"I am grateful to every fighter, every hero who is defending today not only Russia, but also the interests of our Motherland," the President has noted.
According to the head of state, he is in constant contact with the commanders of the Ossetian battalions.
"In the past year, I personally visited the guys in the Special Military Operation zone several times.
The guys themselves, when they are on short vacations, always find time to visit me, we communicate warmly, I am aware of their problems and, as far as possible, I provide them with my support," the head of state has shared.
He has noted that, unfortunately, many worthy guys from South Ossetia lost their lives in the , special military operation not having time to raise their children.
Gagloev has stressed that through the Presidential Commissioner for Children's Rights, he is doing everything to make the children of the heroes feel needed by the country, society and the state.
