The exhibition of the Ossetian artists is being held in Belgium. - The IA "Res» have been informed at the Ministry of Culture of the RSO. «On the eighth of June, on the eve of celebrating the Day of Russia, the exhibition under the name “Reflection”, where the pictures of three talented Ossetian artists» are presented, has been opened in Brussels, - the Ministry has reported. It has been noticed that the organizers of the exhibition are the International association of the Ossetian societies "Renaissance", the gallery "Ir-Art" and the Russian centre of science and culture in Brussels.«The pictures of three talented Ossetian artists- Vadim Pukhaev, Igor Toguzaev and Vadim Tsalikov- are presented at the exhibition », - have been informed at the Ministry. Today - on June, 10 another exhibition of the series "Reflection" will be opened in France; the works of Vadim Pukhaev, Igor Toguzaev, Vadim Tsalikov, Fatima Alikova and Aleksandra Poljanina will be presented there.
The interlocutor of the agency has informed that the exhibition will last in Brussels till June, 17. Vadim Pukhaev – is the honoured artist of North Ossetia-Alania, the prize-winner of the Russian Academy of Arts, the editor-in-chief of the North Ossetian Republican magazine of the Union of artists «National colour». His works have been repeatedly exhibited both in North and South Ossetia. The works of Pukhaev are in the private collections of Vladikavkaz, Moscow, Bulgaria, Germany and the USA. At present, Vadim lectures at the North Ossetian State University in Vladikavkaz. The pictures of another artist - Igor Toguzaev are kept both in domestic and European private collections and galleries; they are exhibited with success in France, Russia and Belgium. In 2010 Toguzaev became the owner of the first competitive prize, the diploma of Academy of Arts of Belgium. Vadim Tsalikov – a well-known producer and artist, is the author of the graphic exhibition «Beslan. Memory shots» which with success was held in 2005 at the House of Russian Abroad named after Alexander Solzhenitsyn (Moscow), in 2008 on the International film festival of patriotic cinema (Cheboksary), In 2009 on the International film festival «A man and war» (Ekaterinburg) it was awarded by the Special diploma of the film forum.
