On May, 31, 2011 by the Decree of the President of the Republic of South Ossetia Eduard Kokoity the State Counsellor of the President of the RSO Kozaev Narim Zakharovich was appointed to the position of the Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of South Ossetia in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.
Short curriculum vitae: Kozaev Narim Zakharovich was born on February, 24, 1965 in Tskhinval. In 1982-1988 he graduated from the Mountain Agricultural institute in Vladikavkaz; since 2009 he is the listener of the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation. He is also the owner of the state awards of the RSO.
