The statement of the Georgian businessman Bidzina Ivanishvili has reaffirmed rightness of our statements, including the ones within the frames of the Geneva discussions, that while Saakashvili and his criminal gang remains in power of Georgia, one should not expect any results on drafting the document on non-use of force against South Ossetia and Abkhazia. It has been declared the IA RES by the Plenipotentiary of the President of the RSO Boris Chochiev.He has reminded that the South –Ossetian side has suggested taking a time-out after Georgia rejected the offers of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation to become the guarantor of fulfilling the earlier voiced unilateral statements of delegations of South Ossetia, Abkhazia and Georgia about the non-use of force.«By his statement Ivanishvili has reaffirmed that the question of attacking South Ossetia by Georgia was planned not only for 2004 and 2008, but also for 2006. And this plan was being developed by Giga Bokerija, though he was neither the Interior Minister, nor the Minister of Defence. He did not bear any relation to the law-enforcement agencies of Georgia at all, - Chochiev has said. - How it turned out that the ordinary deputy had such powers?
