"If they want to establish some contact between Ossetians and Georgians, as well as between Abkhazians and Georgians, the non-governmental organizations should try to persuade their leadership to recognize the independence of our Republic," - Chochiev has underlined. According to him, these projects are implemented with one single purpose - to continue extorting money from the Western donors. Chochiev also considers that the proposals of Kirtadze should not be realized. "First of all, no one in South Ossetia needs her help.
