Within the framework of the International Festival of Russian-Turkish Friendship "Sources" in Antalya will be held the forum "Karlov Readings". The combined delegation of South and North Ossetia will be led by Honored Artist of North and South Ossetia, Advisor to the Minister of the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania on national relations, singer Amaga Gotti, reports Ministry of Culture of North Ossetia.

The Ossetian delegation has prepared an extensive program for the International Forum "Karlov Readings", which will open in Antalya on October 21. Bright and talented youth of Ossetia will take part in this large-scale event.

In addition to reports on the theme of national culture, participants from Ossetia will perform dance and vocal numbers at gala concerts with artists from Russia and Turkey. It is planned to show the film "Not a Time for Heroism" by Alana Tskhovrebova, Honored Artist of South Ossetia, and a presentation by the South Ossetian State University, which will be presented by a student, a singer Martha Kharebova.

Amaga Gotti in the framework of the Forum will talk about the international ethnic camp "Alanian footprint" and its significance in public diplomacy.

The Forum participants will get acquainted with the Ossetian national costume.

The museum in memory of the Hero of Russia Andrei Karlov was opened with the support of the widow of the diplomat Marina Karlova. The Karlov Readings Forum is held with the aim of preserving the memory of the diplomat and creating an understanding among young people of current events in the international arena. In addition to speakers from the Ossetian delegation, at the Forum will speak the State Duma deputy Irek Zinnurov, Russian Foreign Ministry chief adviser Andrei Volkov, Andrei Karlov’s widow Marina Karlova, president of the Istoki International Festival of the Russian-Turkish Friendship Ekaterina Sergeeva, which is not the first time giving an opportunity to talented young people from Ossetia to perform at the best venues in Russia and abroad.
