Bailiff services of South Ossetia and Russia will sign a memorandum of cooperation. Such an agreement was reached during the meeting between the head of the South Ossetian Ministry of Justice, Oleg Gagloev, and director of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia, the chief bailiff of the Russian Federation, Dmitry Aristov, the press service of the department reports.
The meeting took place on the sidelines of the St. Petersburg International Legal Forum.
“The parties exchanged views on the possibilities of long-term cooperation on a wide range of issues, including the adaptation of the work of bailiffs in South Ossetia to modern trends in the transition to digital enforcement proceedings. To implement the plans, the participants of the meeting agreed to sign a Memorandum of Cooperation this year,” the statement of the press service reads.
At the end of the event an exchange of memorable gifts took place.
The participants of the meeting for the South Ossetian part are the head of the Bailiff Service - the chief bailiff of the RSO Vadim Dzhagaev, for the Russian part - the first Deputy Director of the FSSP - the first Deputy Chief Bailiff of the Russian Federation Olga Pomigalova, adviser to the director of the FSSP - the Chief Bailiff of the Russian Federation Pavel Khutorenko, the head of the Legal Department of the FSSP Anastasia Olencheva.
