South Ossetia and Venezuela will be able to fully realize the significant potential of bilateral cooperation, enriching it with new examples of successful interaction that meets the interests of the two nations. This is stated in the congratulation of the South Ossetian leader Alan Gagloev to President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela Nicolas Maduro in connection with the celebration of Independence Day.
Gagloev has noted that the significant day of July 5, 1811 entered the world history as the day of the triumph of historical justice - the long-awaited independence of Venezuela.
"This is a holiday won at a high price, which the Venezuelan people had been striving for and fighting for. On the eve of the anniversary of Independence Day, I address you with words of deep gratitude for the recognition of South Ossetia, for supporting our state in the international arena,” the congratulatory message published on the official website of the President reads.
The head of South Ossetia wished Maduro good health, inexhaustible energy, new achievements and the implementation of all plans, peace, success and prosperity to all the friendly people of Venezuela.
