At the session on Tuesday, deputies of the South Ossetian Parliament considered the statement by the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of Russia on the need to end the economic, trade and financial blockade imposed by the United States on the Republic of Cuba.
The State Duma also adopted two appeals to the United Nations, international parliamentary organizations, and parliaments of countries around the world in connection with the mass deaths of children and the current humanitarian situation in the Palestinian-Israeli conflict zone and in connection with the escalation of the Palestinian-Israeli conflict.
These issues were submitted for discussion by the head of the Committee on Foreign Policy and Inter-parliamentary Relations Zaza Driaev.
The parliamentarians unanimously supported the statement and appeals of the Russian State Duma.
