In 2024, the Health Ministry of South Ossetia will sign a number of important agreements aimed at developing human resources in healthcare. The Health Minister Thomas Dzhigkaev, announced this at the press conference in Tskhinval.
According to him, the agreements were reached during a working trip to Moscow, where important meetings took place.
“Agreements will be signed with the Russian Medical Academy of Continuing Professional Education (RMANPO) and the Federal Scientific and Clinical Center (FMBA). In addition to improving the qualifications of our doctors, severe patients will be sent to the FMBA for hospitalization,” the Minister has specified.
Dzhigkaev has noted that his business trip to Moscow turned out to be eventful and productive.
“I’m happy with this trip, everything worked out and even a little more. The Russian Ministry of Health treats South Ossetia very well,” he has noted.
The Minister highly appreciated the level of preparation of the National Congress with international participation “National Health Care – 2023”, where he had a number of important acquaintances with colleagues from different regions of Russia and other countries.
