OFFICERS OF THE MINISTRY OF INTERIOR WERE ATTACKED

Operative group of the Ministry of Interior of the RSO, which was investigating the fact of abduction and beating on September 22 the resident of an Ossetian village Pris, was attacked by the Georgian Special forces. As a result of the firing two officers of the Ministry of Interior of the RSO Tedeev Atsamaz Zaurovich – 32 years and Kokoev Akhsar Georgievich – 37 years were wounded.

ABDUCTION BY THE GEORGIAN SPECIAL FORCES

On September 22 resident of village Pris Artem Besaev, born in 1986, was abducted by armed people in masks, while he was looking for his cattle. According to Besaev, he was strongly hit into his head and lost consciousness. He recovered in a destroyed house in the outskirts of a Georgian village Kheiti. In the same house he was beaten up and tortured.

A VIST FOR THE SAKE OF A VISIT

Recently Republic of South Ossetia was frequently visited by representatives of different western countries. Yesterday it was the delegation of the European Parliament, today it was the visit of the Ambassadors from different western countries and one the directors of the rose revolution John Theft.

MEETING OF THE PRESIDENT OF RSO WITH AMBASSADORS OF SEVERAL EUROPEAN COUNTRIES AND THE USA IN GEORGIA

Today the Republic of South Ossetia was visited by Ambassadors of several Western Countries and the United States. The delegation was formed by: the Ambassador of France Fillip Lefor, Ambassador of Germany Patricia Flor, Ambassador of the USA John Theft, Ambassador of Great Britain Donald MacLaren, Ambassador of Italy Fabricio Romano, as well as the Head of the OSCE Mission in Georgia Ambassador Roy Reev.

NIKOZI IS CLOSED FOR CIVILIANS

According to a reliable source in the Georgian Ministry of Defense, the Georgian side is not allowing civilians into the Georgian village Nikozi, located in immediate proximity to Tskhinval.
