A group of Russian tourists detained by the border guards of KGB of South Ossetia near the border village of Edys in Dzau district for illegal crossing the border-line.
As IA "Res" was informed by the First Deputy Chairman of the KGB of South Ossetia, the head of the border service, Major General Sergei Kolbin, a group of tourists had been detained in the afternoon of July 29.

The constant provocations by the Georgian side, shelling the settlements of South Ossetia, forced security forces of the Republic to begin more active strengthening of their positions.
