South Ossetia took first place in the ranking of countries where the most favorable conditions for relations with Russia have been created. This was stated during a live broadcast at the Rossiya Segodnya press center during the presentation of the results of the annual Rating of the friendliness of communication modes in the post-Soviet countries.

The delegation from South Ossetia intends to take an active part in all events that will take place within the framework of the World Youth Festival in Sochi, Deputy Head of the Presidential Executive Office of the Republic of South Ossetia, head of the delegation Alan Tibilov said at the press conference at the Information and Press Committee.

South Ossetia will be represented at the Forum by a delegation of 131 people - 124 will go as participants, and seven as guests of the event.
