Ministry of Foreign Affairs of South Ossetia clarified the rights of Russian citizens who received call-up papers for mandatory attendance at military enlistment offices
Parliament of South Ossetia has published a response to the request to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic, in which the Foreign Ministry explains the rights of Russian citizens who have received summons for mandatory attendance at military registration and enlistment offic as part of the partial mobilization announced in the Russian Federation.
The matter is about citizens of the Russian Federation permanently residing in the territory of South Ossetia and being employees of the state authorities or power ministries and departments of the Republic of South Ossetia.
