First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of South Ossetia Andrey Tskhovrebov has received Ambassador of the Bolivarian Republic Jesús Rafael Salazar Velasquez.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic, the ambassador presented copies of his credentials to the first Deputy Minister.
"Andrey Tskhovrebov congratulated Jesús Rafael Salazar Velazquez on his appointment to a high position and wished him success in further strengthening interstate ties and mutually beneficial cooperation between South Ossetia and Venezuela," the press service said.
During the conversation, topical issues of bilateral relations were discussed, including maintaining an active political dialogue, as well as the international agenda.
