Olga Chibirova, a resident of Tskhinval, cannot forget the summer of 2008 to this day, because the five-day war left a huge imprint on her health. It was on these days, after sitting all day in the well, she got a leg disease and today she can hardly move.

As the eyewitness of the events of 08.08.08 is recalling, on the night of August 7-8, when the Georgian aggressors attacked the sleeping city, Chibirova was at home alone. Her son was fighting, and her grandchildren were sent to North Ossetia.

A student of St. Petersburg State University, a young performer from South Ossetia Oleg Pliev took part in the art cluster Tavrida. Pliev told reporters about the forum of young cultural and art workers "Tavrida - 2022" and shared his plans for the future.

For the South Ossetian part, the document was signed by Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Economic Development Dzambolat Tadtaev, for the Russian part - Minister of Economic Development Maxim Reshetnikov.

From the beginning of the military aggression in August 2008, a long 14 years have passed. Over the years, a new generation has grown up in peaceful South Ossetia, which has not faced the horrors of war, does not remember the burned streets of its native city and the roar of shells.
