On September, 29th, 2007, a monitoring with the purpose of checking of the received information on shooting of a civil car in the area of the settlement of Nuli had been held by the group of military observers from the three parties and the representatives of the Mission of OSCE. During the work of the group of monitoring it has been established, that on September, 28th, 2007 about 21:00pm the civil car that moved from the ossetian settlement of Kvernet in the direction of the ossetian settlement of Khod had been fired by unknown persons from the small arms.
According to the eyewitness, the inhabitant of the georgian settlement of Nuli, the shooting was conducted from the eastern outskirts of the settlement of Nuli. There are no victims as a result of the given shooting. The car has damaged from the hits of the bullets. The Command of JPKF marks, that the presence of weapon at the civilians of the both parties of the zone of the conflict extremely aggravates the situation in the region and does not promote to stabilization of the situation.
