South Ossetian President Leonid Tibilov has received today the Russian delegation headed by Deputy Secretary of the Security Council of Russia Rashid Nurgaliyev and Assistant to the President of the Russian Federation on socio-economic issues of Abkhazia and South Ossetia Tatiana Golikova, arrived in the Republic for a two-day visit.
The head of South Ossetia greeted the guests, thanking in their persons the Russian Federation for constant aid and attention to the problems of the Republic.
In turn, Golikova recalled the decree of the Russian President Vladimir Putin on the establishment of an interdepartmental committee for coordinating the work in the field of socio - economic development of Abkhazia and South Ossetia.
"The committee has included representatives of all key ministries which were cooperating with you before. All decisions of the committee in the field of socio - economic development and security will be coordinated by me and Rashid Nurgaliyev, "- said Golikova.
According to her, the commission experts will work directly with the South Ossetian counterparts to facilitate the efficient organization in development of the key importance for the South Ossetian population areas.
It should be noted that during a visit is also expected meetings with heads of ministries and agencies. In addition, Golikova and Nurgaliyev are planning to inspect social and infrastructural objects in the capital and districts of the Republic.
