The construction of the sanatoria and health resort in the village of Kodibyn in Dzau district of South Ossetia will be completed in 2014.
As the news agency "Res" was informed by the project manager Inal Gabaraev, the resort would offer the guests more than a dozen types of treatment.
"The purest natural springs, beauty spots and fresh air are excellent amenities. Anyone will be able to take water treatment, mud wraps, salt baths and massage by using modern medical equipment ", - assured Gabaraev.
According to him, the construction of the resort is not included in the program of socio-economic development of the country.
" I received a credit of 15 million rubles for the implementation of this project and construction of the resort, and I have been monitoring myself the progress of the construction. The area of the resort was expanded 400 square meters, and these means, of course, were not enough to complete the construction. We also plan to build a separate family cottages,"- said Gabaraev.
He noted that for the full completion of the construction is required additional funding in the amount of 12 million rubles.
The total area of the project is 1,500 square meters. Today Gabaraev continues the construction using his own resources.
