"This is your first visit to the Republic as a Minister for the North Caucasus, but not the first as a person who is directly connected with our Republic. I know that you are very familiar with South Ossetia and with its people, "said the president.
He has also noted that the South Ossetian and Russian sides will have to perform a large amount of work that will cover the projects of the next few years.
"I am confident that all the plans and tasks that we have outlined for the next years will be implemented on time and qualitatively," said Anatoly Bibilov and thanked the leadership of the Russian Federation for the attention and support that the friendly state has been providing to the Republic.
In turn, Sergei Chebotarev thanked the head of the South Ossetian state for the warm welcome, stressing that he had devoted many years of his life to South Ossetia.
"This is my first foreign visit to the Republic of South Ossetia as the Minister for the North Caucasus Affairs. And all this is thanks to the leadership of South Ossetia," he said.
The Minister also noted that "today it is planned to consider the implementation of the Investment Program to promote the socio-economic development of South Ossetia for the first half of 2018, as well as outline plans for future years."

"We, for our part, guarantee the fulfillment of all obligations, and further we will go hand in hand, build together, shoulder to shoulder to solve all the tasks set," he stressed.
