The foreign session -“The role of partially recognized states in the modern world. Mechanisms for the development of union relations” within the framework of the conference will be held on at the South Ossetian State University on April 19-20.
Participants of the event will discuss the geo-economic aspects of international cooperation of partially recognized states, the international significance of partially recognized states: political and legal aspects, international information cooperation of partially recognized states in the context of hybrid wars.
In addition, the School of Media Communications will be opened on April 20.
“Training seminars for the South Ossetian media representatives will be held on the following topics: cognitive warfare: basic tools and methods of counteraction, Telegram channel: technologies for working as a political analyst, branding of territories,” Tadtaev said.
Also, participants of the school of media communications will be told how to make nicknames (State Nickname) an important factor in business strategies and advertising campaigns, how nicknames help attracting intellectual and labor force and increasing GDP.
Seminars for journalists will be conducted by political scientist, journalist, expert and analyst Semyon Uralov and journalist, chief editor of the magazine “Man and the World”, holder of the 2nd degree medal of the Order of Merit for the Fatherland, Dmitry Balburov.
