In the editorial office of the Parliament, privileges for communal services were provided only for disabled people of the first group, for families with disabled children and for disabled since childhood, only about 200 citizens. For these categories, a 100% discount on utilities was provided.
The President, in turn, considered it unfair to leave the largest group of the second group without privileges for paying utility bills, and in his wording, he set a 50% discount for the group one, group two, for families with children with disabilities, and for children with disabilities since childhood.
Taking into account the President’s proposals, the benefits will cover 1,600 more citizens than in the parliament.
