The author-performer from South Ossetia, the former soloist of the group "Starry South" Albert Laliev dedicated a new song to the Ossetian volunteer who heroically died during the special military operation of Russia in Ukraine to protect the residents of Donbass – Ruslan Besaev. This was reported to IA“Res” by the vocalist himself.
“Ruslan Besaev was the outstanding sportsman and warrior. The song is called "In memory of Ruslan Besaev",” he said.
According to Albert Laliev, he also recorded another new track, My Friends.
“There are people who wish you harm, but there are also friends who are always next to you, and you will always come to their aid,” the singer said.
In June of this year, Laliev also recorded a song in memory of the friend lost in the Donbas - Radislav Khugaev.
Ruslan Besaev was born on July 14, 1986. At various times he was serving in the Ossetian battalion of the Peacekeeping Forces, in a number of units of the Defense Ministry of South Ossetia (motorized rifle battalion, artillery battalion, Special Forces battalion) in various positions. He is member of the fighting to repel the Georgian aggression against South Ossetia in 2004-2008.
He is awarded with state and departmental awards.
Besaev was also professionally engaged in sports - first freestyle wrestling, then complex martial arts, more than once became the winner and prize-winner of prestigious Russian and international tournaments. Among them: bronze medalist of the CSTO Cup in complex martial arts, silver medalist of the International tournament in service martial arts "Alpha Cup".
