The Geneva discussions on Transcaucasia, scheduled for March 31 - April 1, were postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic, Presidential Envoy for post-conflict settlement, head of the South Ossetian delegation Murat Dzhioev told IA "Res "on Monday.

"We have just received a letter from the co-chairs of the Geneva discussions to reschedule the meeting. The participants in the discussions cannot take part in it because of the situation with coronavirus in Europe. The date of the next meeting is still unknown," he said.

In Tskhinval, South Ossetian scientists have been presented the collections of reports of the international scientific conference. The conference was held on November 27-28, 2019 and was dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the signing of the Neuilly Peace Treaty. The event was organized by the Bulgarian Military Historical Commission in Paris / Neuilly-sur-Seine (France) under the slogan "The war, which was supposed to put an end to all wars."

Deputy Head of the Presidential Executive Office of South Ossetia Alan Dzhussoev told reporters about the results of the meeting of the presidents of South Ossetia and Russia Anatoly Bibilov and Vladimir Putin and further tasks to implement the reached agreements.
