The South Ossetian State University and the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Abkhazia signed a memorandum of cooperation, the University's press service told IA "Res ".

A cache of ammunition was found in the village of Otreu in Tskhinval district, the press service of the South Ossetian Emergencies Ministry reported on Monday.
