The seventh technical meeting of representatives of South Ossetia and Georgia in the format of the Incident Prevention and Response Mechanisms (IPRM)has been completed , the parties did not compromise on the situation at the state border on the removal of the illegal Georgian roadblock near the village of Uista (Tsnelis) in Znaur district of South Ossetia, told reporters, the head of the South Ossetian delegation, Yegor Kochiev.

South Ossetian Foreign Minister Dmitry Medoev took part in the constituent assembly of the German-Ossetian Friendship Club. According to the press service of the Republic’s Foreign Ministry, the constituent assembly was held in the building of the German Parliamentary Society of the Bundestag, and the deputies of the regional Parliament of Berlin, Gunnar Linderman, Frank Scheermesser, professor, Dr. Henning Zoz, professor Richard Gretzinger and other invited persons took part in it.

The seventh technical meeting as part of the Incident Prevention and Response Mechanisms (IPRM) is taking place on Tuesday in the border village of Ergneti.

As reported to IA "Res» by the office of the Presidential Plenipotentiary of the Republic, the parties intend to discuss only one issue - the situation in the village of Tsnelis (Uista) in Znaur district of South Ossetia, where the Georgian side illegally put up a police post.
