Students of the South Ossetian State University have became participants in the international youth Forum “Together creating the future”, which is taking place in Abkhazia.
As reported to IA “Res” by the participant of the event, a student of the South Ossetia State University Elina Bagaeva, five people are representing South Ossetia at the Forum.
Representatives of the South Ossetian mass media will take part in the XVI International Media Forum "Dialogue of Cultures" in St. Petersburg. The Forum will be held in the State Hermitage from 23 to 28 October.
The South Ossetian delegation has included journalists from the "Res" news agency and the State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company "Ir".
The Forum will bring together young journalists, photographers, documentary filmmakers and bloggers who, in addition to participating in webinars, will create their own reports.
The author-performer from South Ossetia, the former soloist of the group "Starry South" Albert Laliev dedicated a new song to the Ossetian volunteer who heroically died during the special military operation of Russia in Ukraine to protect the residents of Donbass – Ruslan Besaev. “Ruslan Besaev was the outstanding sportsman and warrior. The song is called "In memory of Ruslan Besaev",” he said.

On Wednesday, President of South Ossetia Alan Gagloev held a meeting with representatives of the Defense Industrial Complex of the Russian Federation, the press service of the head of state reports.
"The parties discussed the prospects for improving the command and control of the Armed Forces of the Republic," the press service said.
