Recently in Tskhinval was held the memory meeting dedicated to the six young soldiers who had perished on the outskirts of Tskhinval, on the Zar road - the "road of life", which is also rightly called "the road of death."

Today in Tskhinval was signed a cooperation agreement between the Ministries of Culture of South Ossetia and Abkhazia. For the South Ossetian part the document was signed by Minister of Culture of the Republic Makharbeg Kokoev, for the Abkhaz part – by Minister of Culture of Abkhazia Badra Gunba.

The Russian working group which is in South Ossetia on a working visit has included representatives of the Ministry of Health of Russia. The guests in Tskhinval were received by the RSO Health Minister Gregory Kulidzhanov.

Minister of Regional Development of Russia Igor Slyunyaev has arrived in South Ossetia on a working visit. The Russian official was received by President of the Republic Leonid Tibilov at his residence in Dzau district.

On Tuesday, June 4, a working group of representatives of the federal bodies of executive power of Russia will arrive in South Ossetia. As the news agency "Res" was informed at the press service of the president and the government of South Ossetia, the Russian delegation's visit would take place within the framework of implementation of the agreements between the President of the Republic of South Ossetia Leonid Tibilov and the Russian President Vladimir Putin reached during a meeting in Sochi, May 21, 2013.

On May 31 General Prosecutor of Georgia Archil Kbilashvili during a meeting with the relatives of the missing citizens of South Ossetia promised to resume the investigation and apply all efforts to clarify their fate. As IA "Res" was informed by Presidential Commissioner for Human Rights of South Ossetia Inal Tasoev, the meeting had been organized with the assistance of the OSCE Representative Andria Deshchitsa.
